If appropriate, we conduct thermal imaging scans to locate the exact source of water infiltration. This technology shows us moisture patterns that aren't visible to the naked eye, allowing us to target repairs precisely.
Written Proposal
You receive a detailed written proposal that explains what we found, what work we recommend, what materials will be used, estimated timeline, and cost. The proposal includes thermal images if we conducted diagnostic scanning.
